Book the whole farmhouse for up to twelve guests. The accommodation price is the same for one to twelve guests. Choose dates to see the total price and minimum stay.

Payment is by bank transfer using instructions sent privately by Julian: a 25% deposit is due within 48 hours after correct payment instructions, extended to 5pm on the next working day when the deadline falls on a weekend or England/Wales bank holiday. The 75% balance is due fourteen days before arrival. Bookings within fourteen days require full payment. Payment receipt and any reminders are checked manually; there is no automatic cancellation of unpaid bookings.

The booking screen holds your dates but does not confirm payment receipt. Please read the full payment and cancellation terms before submitting. Cancellation charges within 56 days are capped at 25% and at lawful reasonable losses, allowing for saved costs, rebooking and statutory rights.
