Five bedrooms, thoughtfully arranged
Four bedrooms each have one king-size bed. A fifth bedroom contains two king-size beds, bringing the total to six king-size beds for up to twelve guests. There are four bathrooms.
A North Yorkshire stay with a swimming pool & hot tub
The seasonal swimming pool is available April through October. The hot tub is included in your stay. Please read the welcome book in the kitchen for pool safety and further usage information.
Plan swimming as a seasonal part of your holiday: the pool is available April–October. For a stay outside that period, enjoy the farmhouse and included hot tub. Ask Julian about any essential access or facilities requirements before booking.

Dog-friendly group stays near Thirsk
Up to two dogs are welcome at no additional charge, so your family can stay together without leaving them behind. Foxhall Farm sleeps up to twelve people in the whole farmhouse, with shared living and dining space.
Explore the local walks and countryside, and plan a visit to the Dog & Gun in Knayton. Follow the welcome book and countryside guidance, particularly around livestock; check a route’s dog restrictions before setting out.
Bring your horses to North Yorkshire
Up to twelve horses are welcome and included subject to field availability and prior arrangement. A secure field with water and parking for horseboxes are available; there are no stables.
You must have your own liability insurance covering your horses while staying away from home. Tell Julian your dates, horse numbers and horsebox requirements before booking, so the field arrangements can be confirmed.

Room for family gatherings and group stays
Bring up to twelve guests together across five bedrooms, six king-size beds and four bathrooms. Enjoy shared meals and time together, with separate living spaces when people want to unwind.
For a multigenerational stay, review the bedroom photographs and layout, and ask Julian about any particular access needs. Tell us about your plans in advance; house rules and any special arrangements must be confirmed before booking.
Arrival & parking
Check-in from 4pm and check-out by 10am, unless pre-arranged. Parking is available for around ten cars, with space for horseboxes. Contact Julian about specific access requirements.
